Acknowledging The Gift

Pertaining To God Ministries was founded by Min. Ray Twitty of the Washington, D.C. VA, MD metropolitan area. It' s a teaching ministry here on the World Wide Web. Here is where the word of God can go around the world, and into the hearts of millions. He is here sharing the knowledge of God, and of Christ. He thought it fitting to give a little background of himself as part of his witness and testimony. In the past he has worked with numerous pastors in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area helping in the building of the body of Christ through bible teaching, and the ministry of exhortation. Once his desire to help others carried him off to Toledo, Ohio where he was asked by a paster there to come and work in both a church, and a Christian Academy. After spending a year or so there, he returned back to Washington, D.C.

Gift In Action

He has held Bible classes wherever a door was open - even on his jobs during lunch hour where the believers were being encouraged, and the unsaved received the Lord, and were baptized, and fill with the Spirit of God-some by the laying on of hands. In the past he has worked with others ministries as an evangelist on the streets of Washington, D.C. persuading men and women, boys and girls to try Jesus. He believes in the Sovereignty of God, and the power of His Kingdom over all things.

In Service

His site is not here to persuade anyone to take on a particular point of view. This site is only an extension of his personal ministry to admonish and encourage the people of God. This is the gift that God has given to him; and he is using his gift to the glory of God, and to up build himself and God's people in faith. As a Minister of Christ and teacher of his word, his desires that we all grow through the knowledge of the word, and the transforming power of the Spirit of God.

To God Be The Glory

All honor belongs to God, who has reconciled us to himself by Christ. Through this ministry he hope that wherever you are, you will be more encouraged, and inspired to be all that God has called us to be in Christ; and to boldly share your life in Christ with others as testimony of the salvation, power and goodness of God.
